How to service and repair the fuel pressure regulator and reinstall the fuel pump assembly on 2007 Scion tC?

In order to fix the fuel pressure regulator, take the seat cushion and service hole cover off the rear seat. Disconnect the fuel pump, discharge pressure and de-install the fuel suction assembly. Re-install gasket, re-assemble parts and leak test. Lastly, attach the battery once again, and put the rear seat cushion back in.
