How to service the drive belt on 2006 Toyota Highlander?

Service of the drive belt begins by taking out the front wheel RH and related components including the front fender splash shield front RH and front fender apron seal RH and engine mounting stay No. 2 RH along with engine cover sub-assembly No. 1, engine moving control rod w/bracket and engine mounting bracket No. 2 RH. First loosen the fan generator V belt tensioner with Special Service Tool 09843-18030 while following a clockwise direction for more than 3 seconds. The first step for installation is to place the fan and generator V belt on the unit before applying Special Service Tool: 09249-63010 while turning the belt tensioner clockwise for more than 3 seconds. The installation process requires the engine mounting bracket No. 2 RH followed by the engine moving control rod w/bracket, engine mounting stay No. 2 RH, front fender apron seal RH, front fender splash shield front RH, and ending with the front wheel RH.
