Detach the 4 claws before disconnecting the connector. Turn the cigarette lighter along its circumference before pushing and removing this component by disengaging the claw holding the socket to CTR. Install the cigarette lighter by aligning the notch to power outlet socket CTR then push it in tightly. Complete the installation of the instrument cover lower center by connecting the connector while opening the 4 claws.
