How to remove and install a radiator on 2005 Toyota Tundra?

Engine under cover must be removed prior to starting radiator removal work while draining the engine coolant. The technician disconnects the radiator reservoir hose together with the upper radiator hose the lower radiator hose and the A/T oil cooler hoses from the radiator. The procedure starts with disassembly of the No.2 fan shroud through its 2 clip removal before moving to radiator assembly dismantling by removing 4 bolts. The next step involves taking out the 4 bolts from the No.1 fan shroud to complete its removal. The first step for installation involves putting in the No.1 fan shroud while tightening its 4 bolts to 5.0 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.). The installation of the radiator assembly requires bolts to be fastened to the radiator support holes with 12 Nm (120 Nm, 9 ft. lbs.) torque specification. Attach the No.2 fan shroud by its two clips then link the A/T oil cooler hoses with the upper radiator hose together with the lower radiator hose as well as the radiator reservoir hose to the radiator. Then begin to fill engine coolant before starting the engine to search for leaks and completing the check of the engine coolant level before putting on the engine under cover.
