    A: Start by detaching the rear wiper arm through both head cap removal and nut removal before proceeding with the replacement. Begin by removing the back door garnish center followed by both back door side garnish pieces LH and RH and if equipped the power back door rod with completion of the back door pull strap removal and back door trim board assembly extraction. Proceed by taking out the rear wiper motor and bracket assembly after disconnecting the connector and removing the assembly by unscrewing the three bolts. When installing position the rear wiper motor assembly and fasten it with the 3 bolts at 5.5 Nm (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf) torque while reconnecting the connector. The completion procedure for the rear wiper arm requires the removal of serration with a round file followed by cleanup of the pivot serration with a brush then a check of the rear wiper motor assembly automatic stop position before attain the correct wiper arm angle while torquing it to 5.5 Nm (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf) and installing the head cap.
