    A: Service and repair of the control arm requires you to start by taking off the front wheel and tightening it to 104 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 77 ft. lbs.). Prior to dismounting the lower suspension arm from its position with the lower ball joint remove its 2 nuts and bolt while tightening them to 127 Nm (1,300 kgf-cm, 94 ft. lbs.). The procedure for lower suspension arm removal starts with disassembly of the two front-side bolts at 206 Nm (2,100 kgf-cm, 152 ft. lbs.) followed by removal of the rear-side bolt and nut using the same torque before dissolving the lower suspension arm and its bushing stopper from the lower suspension arm shaft. The repair of lower suspension arm bushing requires Special Service Tools 09649-17010 and 09710-04081 and a press to achieve proper removal. A press with Special Service Tools 09238-47012 and 09649-17010 should be used to properly position the bushing for correct installation. Follow the same order of steps in reverse during installation before performing a check of front wheel alignment.
