How to service and repair the blower motor on 2001 Toyota RAV4?

In order to service the blower motor, remove the screws to take out the blower resistor and inspect it. Then take off the filter cover and air refiner filter. Disconnect blower motor and check it, and then connect it again by making sure that the parts are put back together.
