  A: Service and repair operations on fuel injectors begin by removing suspension upper brace and No.2 cylinder head cover followed by PCV hose and 3 wire harness clamps detachment from clamp brackets. The service and repair procedure includes disconnecting the 4 injector connectors followed by removing the 2 bolts from the delivery pipe to cylinder head connection. Carefully detach the delivery pipe together with the 4 injectors while preventing injector drop. After removing both spacers and all four grommets the delivery pipe can be pulled to allow inspector removal. Each injector should have its O-ring taken out. You should apply spindle oil or gasoline to each new O-ring before fitting it to the injectors before you install the 2 spacers and 4 cylinder head insulators.
