To service the evaporator core, remove the temperature sensor and expansion valve using a 5.0 mm hex wrench. Cap open fittings to prevent contamination. Lubricate 4 new O-rings with compressor oil during reassembly. If replacing the evaporator, add 40 cc of ND-OIL 8. Reassemble in reverse order.
