    A: The Clutch Slave Cylinder repair process starts with disconnecting the clutch line through tool 09023-00100 while trapped fluid collects in a container then torques to 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm 11 ft. lbs.). By using a 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.) torque force workers should remove the two bolts which secure the release cylinder before they can extract it. The bleeder plug removal along with boot and push rod extraction leads to piston and spring removal by blowing compressed air into the release cylinder. First apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the piston before inserting it along with the spring into the cylinder and then installing the boot with the push rod followed by the bleeder plug installation at 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74 inch lbs.). The reverse process of removal needs to be followed during installation before clutch system bleeding becomes necessary.
