Removal of the Steering Wheel Pad, Steering wheel, Upper and Lower Column Covers and the Clock Spring are to be done to service and repair the Clock Spring Assembly. Once removed, assemble the Clock Spring then the Upper and Lower Column Covers, Steering Wheel and finally the Steering Wheel Pad.
