    Open the spring clip with a chisel and hammer, remove the center bolt while holding the spring in a vise, replace the spring clip by drilling off the rivet head and installing a new rivet, then install the spring center bolt with a torque of 44 Nm (450 kgf-cm, 33 ft. lbs.) and bend the spring clip back into position.
