Spoiler Assembly, Rear

The replacement process of the rear spoiler sub-assembly requires first detaching the luggage compartment door cover by removing its 15 clips. The first step involves removing the rear spoiler sub-assembly through two nut uninstallations while also using protective tape over the body surface. A heat light should be applied to warm the spoiler between 40 - 60 degrees C (104 - 140 degrees F) while avoiding overheating. You should secure piano wire ends onto wooden blocks for pulling off adhesive tape as shown while maintaining rear spoiler integrity when reusing it and preventing body damage. The rear spoiler requires the removal of connector along with two clips before extraction. The next step requires removing the center stop lamp assembly. The body surface requires heating to temperatures between 40 - 60 degrees C (104 - 140 degrees F) before the protective tape removal and subsequent stain removal. When reusing the rear spoiler first warm it to match the required temperature before you remove adhesive tape and cleanse the surface then install new adhesive tape according to given depiction. The next step requires heating your body to 40 - 60 degrees C (104 - 140 degrees F) and moulding to 20 - 30 degrees C (68 - 86 degrees F) before using the 2 nuts to install the rear spoiler.

Take off the 2 nuts and apply protective tape to the body.

Use a heat light, then remove the protective tape from the body and clean off any stains.

Remove the luggage compartment door cover by taking out the 15 clips.
