Sensor Assembly, Yawrate

The Yaw Rate Sensor needs its sensor connector to be properly connected followed by its clamp being secured to the sensor bracket hole. Add the yaw rate sensor using 2 bolts following a torque specification of 15 Nm which equals 148 kgf-cm and 11 ft-lbf. Installation of the sensor requires precise orientation; dropping the sensor will require replacement and the process should include caution against any impact incidents. Following the sensor installation, proceed to install the rear console box sub-assembly (w/o Cool Box), the cooling box assembly (w/ Cool Box), the rear console end panel sub-assembly, the No. 1 cooler cover (w/ Cool Box), the upper console panel sub-assembly, the console cup holder box sub-assembly, the rear upper console panel sub-assembly, the lower center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly, the shift lever knob sub-assembly, the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly RH, the No. 1 instrument panel finish panel cushion, the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH, the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion, and the front seat assembly LH (w/ Cool Box). Install all components before charging the refrigerant using the Cool Box tool and connecting the cable to the battery terminal while removing the warm-up engine with the Cool Box but using the Cool Box for checking for refrigerant gas leaks. The last step includes a calibration of the yaw rate sensor zero point together with a signal check of the yaw rate sensor output.

Remove the front seat assembly LH.

Install the yaw rate sensor using 2 bolts, applying a torque of 15 Nm (148 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf).
