Then apply Toyota Genuine Windshield Glass Adhesive or equivalent before cutting the cartridge tip and using the adhesive before its specified time runs out. Place the windshield glass on the body while aligning matchmarks then press it gently but create a small distance between body and glass edges before using a scraper to remove excess adhesive. Secure the windshield outside moulding only after the glass edge receives a Primer G application according to the drying guidelines. The system needs a leak test when the adhesive solidifies before applying auto glass sealer through leaking areas. Treatment of installation now moves to fitting the roof headlining assembly together with other necessary interior components while verifying proper fastening of all components.
