Installation of the antenna cable starts with putting the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly in place. Vehicles with curtain shield Air Bags need two steps for antenna cord installation. Users should place the antenna cord positioning tapes into front and rear side rail spacer claws then align with roof headlining marks and use eight new tapes to secure the antenna cord tightly but not to touch the adhesive side. The antenna cord for vehicles with no curtain shield Air Bag should be attached using six claws together with six new pieces of tape. After engaging the correct hooks and clips of the roof headlining assembly you must connect the antenna connector and put the clamp into place. The service specialist should now attach all components starting from the map light assembly to the assist grip sub-assembly and assist grip cover. Mount the antenna cord sub-assembly with 5 clamps before connecting the antenna amplifier connector while securing the bracket with a bolt. Next step in the installation process includes placing the radio receiver assembly followed by the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly then the upper instrument panel sub-assembly and glove compartment door assembly and combination meter assembly with multiple instrument panel finish panels. The production sequences include installation of the front and center pillar garnishes and front seat outer belt assemblies with seat belt anchor cover caps and center pillar lower garnishes as well as roof side inner garnishes and rear seat side covers and rear door opening trim Weather Strips and rear door scuff plates and front door opening trim Weather Strips and cowl side trim boards and instrument panel under cover sub-assemblies and front door scuff plates. The installation sequence for the luggage compartment consists of fitting the trim inner pad accompanied by the spare wheel cover assembly and floor mat before mounting both 60/40 split and fixed seat rear seatback assemblies. Use a cable tool to connect the negative battery terminal while applying 5.4 Nm torque force (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf) before checking the SRS warning light.

The roof headlining assembly, connectors, and all previously removed components, including the rear seat assemblies and trim pieces.

Remove the rear seat cushion cover pad sub-assembly and the rear seatback assembly.

Take off the tape and remove it from the claws of the front and rear side real spacers, depending on whether it has a Curtain Shield Airbag or not.
