You must start by removing the hood sub-assembly before proceeding to remove the front wiper arm head caps followed by front wiper arm and blade assemblies of both the left and right sides. The removal order includes disassembly of the hood to cowl top seal followed by the cowl top ventilator louver for both sides as well as the front wiper motor and link. You must remove both the right side front air shutter seal together with the outer cowl top panel. Steer the wheels forward before taking off the front wheel. Proceed by detaching the column hole cover silencer sheet and steering sliding yoke sub-assembly and No. 1 steering column hole cover sub-assembly. The technician first separates the tie rod end sub-assemblies from left and right sides before moving on to the procedure of separating front lower suspension arm sub-assemblies for both sides. The left-side front sway bar kit assembly requires removal of its 2 nuts and should get a socket hexagon wrench 6 to keep the stud from turning. Perform the same procedure on the right-side component. The engine should be suspended when removing both the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly and the power steering gear. Uninstall the front sway bar kit No. 1 bracket from both sides through the process of removing the 2 bolts and sway bar bracket and finally removing the front sway bar kit and front sway bar kit No. 1 bush.

Proceed to install the power steering gear, followed by the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly.

Provisionally tighten bolt A, then tighten the bolts in the order of B followed by A to a torque of 47 Nm (479 kgf-cm, 35 ft-lbf).

Remove the front air shutter seal on the right side.
