    Service of the rear wheel stud starts with removing the rear wheel. Disassemble the rear disc brake cylinder assembly by following the procedure for disconnecting it. The service procedure for the rear wheel stud begins with rear disc removal after which you should move on to remove the stud by installing two temporary nuts to the hub bolts and applying Special Service Tool: 09628-10011 with a brass bar or equivalent to support the axle shaft during stud removal. A new wheel stud needs plate washers followed by the application of nuts and then the installation of a brass bar or equivalent device to support the axle shaft before torquing the nut to lock the wheel stud and removing the two nuts from the hub bolts. The installing procedure begins with the rear disc before moving to the rear disc brake cylinder assembly and ends with rear wheel installation using 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.) torque.
