The battery installation process requires filling the brake fluid reservoir followed by bleeding the master cylinder with Special Service Tool: 09023-00100 and then bleeding the brake lines. End the repair process by monitoring the brake fluid level in the reservoir followed by checking for brake fluid leakage then testing the brake actuator using a hand-held tester.

Attach the brake actuator to the bracket using the 2 nuts, torqued to 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf), then install the brake actuator with the bracket using the 3 bolts, torqued to 19 N.m (194 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf).
