When installing the separate type front seat cushion heater use a tacker and 25 new tack pins to attach it to the end of the separate type front seat cushion cover without causing damage to the cushion. Follow by placing the separate type front seat cover temporarily during installation to insert 18 new hog rings while ensuring minimal wrinkle formation. The series of installation involves placing the front seat cushion cover with pad then adding the power seat switch and finally attaching the front seat cushion inner shield. As a next step install the front seat inner belt assembly after which install the front seat cushion shield assembly. The installation process requires addition of the slide and vertical power seat switch knob and the reclining power seat switch knob before installing the front seat assembly. Finishing the installation by putting together the front seat rear inner track cover, front seat rear outer track cover and front seat headrest assembly. Complete inspections of front seat assembly as well as SRS warning light. Special Service Tool: 09800-10000.
