To install the A750E automatic transmission air-cooled oil cooler, first, install the 2 No. 1 transmission oil cooler hoses that come with the 2 clips. Subsequently, by way of the two clips, an attachment is made between the No. 2 oil cooler tube sub-assembly and the two No. 1 transmission oil cooler hoses. Subsequently, the bolt is torqued to 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf). Install oil cooler air ducts No. 1 and 2 using 4 bolts with a torque specification of 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf). Utilize two clips to fasten radiator support to frame seal RH. Install the oil cooler support bracket on the oil cooler assembly with 2 bolts, torqued to 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf). Temporarily place the air-cooled oil cooler assembly on the radiator support, and install it with 3 bolts, torqued 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf), making sure the claw of the oil cooler support bracket is attached. The two bolts are also torqued to 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf) on the oil cooler tube installation. Install inlet No.1 and outlet No.1 oil cooler hoses with 4 clips with the pinching part of each clip facing the right direction and paint part of each hose facing outside, pass the 2 hoses into no.1 flexible hose clamp and close. The two transmission oil cooler hoses are to be fitted with 4 clips. Ensure the pinching part of each clip is regularly oriented. Lastly, the front bumper assembly goes on and the automatic transmission fluid is adjusted and checked for any leaks.
