Before starting front seat cushion assembly servicing involving the occupant classification ECU and sensor, turn off the ignition because disconnecting the SRS wiring connector might result in DTC recording. SRS parts must always be used as new and an occupant classification ECU must be discarded if an Air Bag deployment has occurred. Reading occupant classification ECU data should be performed first.
