How to disassemble the front Exterior Door Handle on Toyota Camry?

Disassembling the front door exterior handle starts with removing the lower frame bracket garnish from the front door by releasing its two clips. A screwdriver enabled with a taped-tip follows to release the three claws for extraction of the front door inside handle bezel plug and then removes the assist grip cover by disengaging its six claws. The courtesy light assembly should be removed first by unclipping both the connector and claw. You must first remove the trim board front door sub-assembly by taking out three screws and one clip (A), followed by using a clip remover to detach nine clips before pulling up the board to disengage reference bosses. Users should disconnect the front door inside handle sub-assembly once they lift the trim board into position. The power window regulator master switch assembly requires disconnecting the connector followed by removing 3 screws. Begin by removing the clamp then unfasten two screws before eliminating the front door wire. A screwdriver allows you to remove the front door inner glass Weather Strip after unclipping its 4 fasteners. The front armrest base panel upper requires seven screw removal and the disentanglement of four claws before extraction. The front door inside handle sub-assembly requires removal after disconnecting both the front door lock remote control cable and inside locking cable. The removal sequence starts with disconnecting connectors and clamps from the front No. 1 speaker assembly and outer rear view mirror assembly and front door service hole cover. The front door glass sub-assembly requires connection of the front power window regulator motor assembly connector followed by moving the glass to expose the bolts for safe removal of those bolts. You can take out the front door window regulator sub-assembly as a complete unit by loosening the temporary bolt and removing its 5 bolts. To handle the front power window regulator motor assembly you must utilize a "TORX" driver (T25) to detach three screws. The process requires disengaging two claws to remove the front No. 1 door stiffener cushion while proceeding to take out the front door glass run and door frame garnish and front door front lower frame sub-assembly through respective bolt removal. The front door rear lower frame sub-assembly requires removal after unthreading its bolt. To access the front door outside handle cover users must firstly remove the hole plug followed by screw loosening with a T30 TORX socket wrench to disengage the two claws which will free the cover. Disconnect the connector before removing the front door outside handle assembly from its connector. Separate the pads from front and rear outside handles of the front door through claw unfastening. To access the front door lock assembly one must disconnect its connector and uninstall 3 screws using a "TORX" socket wrench (T30) before pulling down the assembly which includes its cables. You can remove the front door lock remote control cable assembly with its inside locking cable assembly by unhooking three claws. Disassemble the front door outside handle frame sub-assembly by removing a T30 "TORX" socket wrench screw then disconnecting the connector before releasing 2 clamps. Disconnect the door electrical key oscillator by unscrewing the fastener. There are two different removal procedures for the front door check assembly depending on whether the vehicle was made by TMC or TMMK. Take out the front door belt moulding assembly together with rear window frame moulding, upper window frame moulding, stripe and lower outside stripe by first disengaging 19 clips from the Weather Strip.

How to reassemble the rear Exterior Door Handle on Toyota Camry?

The steps to reassemble the rear door exterior handle involve starting with the rear door lower outside stripe followed by the rear door outside stripe and then the upper window frame moulding and front window frame moulding and lastly the assembly of the belt moulding. Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the rear door outside handle frame sub-assembly then secure them with a "TORX" socket wrench (T30) screw by using the claw. The rear door rear outside handle pad should be installed first with two claws and the front outside handle pad with its three claws. Install the outside handle cover on the front end of the assembly after sliding toward the front while using the "TORX" socket wrench (T30) screw. The next step includes attaching the rear door inside locking cable assembly with three claws until secure. Install the rear door lock remote control cable assembly after attaching its claw to the body. After applying MP grease to the rear door locking assembly you should replace the wiring harness seal before inserting the assembly into the release plate and tightening it with 3 "TORX" T30 screws at 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf). Then connect the assembly connector. The rear power window regulator motor assembly installation requires that it has its regulator arm positioned under the intermediate level before tightening 3 "TORX" driver (T25) screws to a torque of 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). Connect the rear window regulator sub-assembly after adding MP grease and performing a temporary installation followed by bolting it at 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf) and connector attachment. You should engage the clip for installing a new rear door frame garnish before installing both the rear door glass run and the rear door glass sub-assembly. Place the rear door quarter window glass with its Weather Strip then connect the rear door lower window frame sub-assembly to 2 bolts and a screw. The installation of the rear door Weather Strip requires 20 clips before placing the rear door check assembly using TMC Made bolts at specified torques or TMMK Made bolts with nuts at respective torque values. Secure the cables through the new service hole cover by applying butyl tape to the rear door panel then wire the connector and clamp while maintaining smooth wrapping of the tape that avoids forming air bubbles. The installation process begins with fitting 4 new grommets and applying 4 screws to reinforce the rear door inside panel. Subsequently, the application of 3 claws enables installation of the inner glass Weather Strip. The installation process begins with four claws securing the rear door armrest base panel upper to its 7 screws. The following step includes two claw engagement for the rear power window regulator switch assembly installation. Rephrase the steps to install the rear inside handle sub-assembly by connecting the door lock remote control cable and inside locking cable to the handle then using two claws for attachment before installing the No. 1 door scuff plate clamp. Uncertainty each cable before you install 7 clips and 4 clamps and 3 screws on the rear door trim board. To complete the installation sequence use six claws on the door assist grip cover before moving onto the process of installing the rear door inside handle bezel plug with three claws.
