To fix the throttle cable, take out the battery and cruise control actuator and pull the throttle cable off the engine. Take out the park / neutral switch and valve body followed by throttle cable. Install a new cable, rearrange it and re-install parts and make sure the correct torque settings are used and then test the vehicle.
