How to reassemble the radiator on Scion tC?

In order to re-assemble the radiator, place the LH tank, which is to have a new O-ring, making sure that there are no foreign objects. Tap core plate to remove gaps, and repeat with RH tank. Fit the Special Service Tool, caulk the core plate, verify the height and replace the drain cock plug with a new O-ring.

To service radiator, take off drain cock plug and O-ring. Uncaulk and remove the right and left radiator tanks with Special Service Tool 09230-01010.Check and fix the core sub-assembly, assemble again using new O-rings. Check height and caulk the core plate and check height.
