The brake actuator assembly requires two bolts and one nut for installation onto the bracket. When tightening the bolts to 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf) use caution to avoid brake tube and wire harness damage and follow installation ordering illustrated on the drawing. Connect the brake actuator connector while securely locking the lever before installing 6 brake tubes onto the actuator using Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 at the proper locations by applying torque up to 14 Nm (145 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf) followed by 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf) using a torque wrench with a 30 cm (11.81 in.) fulcrum length. Install the right headlight unit after placing the front bumper cover and the front fender liner onto both sides as well as installing the hood to front end panel seal.
