How to reassemble the front Door Handle on 2010 Toyota Camry?

When reassembling the front door exterior handle one should first install the front door lower outside stripe followed by the front door stripe upper window frame moulding and rear window frame moulding and belt moulding assembly in that order and finally secure the Weather Strip by engaging its 19 clips. The front door check assembly requires three bolts when made by TMC (Bolt (A) at 26 Nm and Bolt (B) at 8.0 Nm) or a bolt with two nuts when made by TMMK (Bolt at 26 Nm and each Nut at 5.5 Nm) for proper installation. Before applying the screw to install the door electrical key oscillator users should secure the sliding parts of the front door outside handle frame sub-assembly with MP grease. The claw requires a "TORX" socket wrench (T30) at 4.0 Nm torque to fasten. The procedure involves mounting the inside locking cable assembly together with the lock remote control cable assembly followed by the front door lock assembly while replacing any reused door lock wiring harness seal and adding MP grease before securing it with 3 screws at 5.0 Nm torque. After fixing the claws into the front door rear and front outside handle pads install the front door outside handle assembly by insertion and then connect the connector. Mount the outside handle cover after verifying lock cylinder rod placement then fasten it using a "TORX" socket wrench (T30) with 4.0 Nm torque. The next step is to secure the front door rear sub-assembly while attaching the front lower frame sub-assembly using appropriate bolts and placing the clip for the new door frame garnish before adding the front door glass run. Use aTORX driver (T25) to put 3 bolts at 5.4 Nm into the front power window regulator motor assembly after applying double-sided tape to the new front No.1 door stiffener cushion and properly setting the regulator arm below the intermediate position. The front door window regulator sub-assembly needs MP grease on its sliding components before installation when securing its 6 bolts with 8.0 Nm torque. The process involves inserting the front door glass sub-assembly into its panel where 2 bolts must be tightened to 5.5 Nm while butyl tape must be applied to the front door panel before installing the new service hole cover. Verification must ensure the cover lays smooth with no wrinkles or air bubbles. Install the front No. 1 speaker assembly while connecting each connector and clamp before putting in the outer rear view mirror assembly. Follow these steps to install the front door inner glass Weather Strip by using the four claws next to installing the front armrest base panel upper with its seven screws. Use two screws to fasten the front door wire into place followed by clamping it and finally use three screws to connect the power window regulator master switch assembly. Connection of front door lock remote control cable and inside locking cable should be done to inside handle sub-assembly with claws in place and proper installation. Finally complete the front door trim board sub-assembly by connecting all connectors then securing it with three screws and clip (A) while installing the courtesy light assembly and attaching the assist grip cover and front door inside handle bezel plug and front door lower frame bracket garnish with their respective claws.

Install the front No. 1 speaker assembly while connecting each connector and clamp before putting in the outer rear view mirror assembly. Follow these steps to install the front door inner glass Weather Strip by using the four claws next to installing the front armrest base panel upper with its seven screws. Use two screws to fasten the front door wire into place followed by clamping it and finally use three screws to connect the power window regulator master switch assembly. Connection of front door lock remote control cable and inside locking cable should be done to inside handle sub-assembly with claws in place and proper installation. Finally complete the front door trim board sub-assembly by connecting all connectors then securing it with three screws and clip (A) while installing the courtesy light assembly and attaching the assist grip cover and front door inside handle bezel plug and front door lower frame bracket garnish with their respective claws.
