- Q: How to install the No. 2 cooling fan motor and its components on 2009 Toyota Venza?A: The installation of the No. 2 cooling fan motor begins with securing it using 3 screws at 2.6 Nm (26 kgf-cm, 23 in-lbf) for vehicles without a towing package while applying 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf) for vehicles with a package. Then connect the No. 2 cooling fan motor connector and attach two clamps. Whenever installing the cooling fan motor utilize the same torque requirements that apply to the No. 2 cooling fan motor installation. Fasten the cooling fan motor insulator using two bolts which should be torqued to 2.6 Nm (26 kgf-cm, 23 in-lbf). After installing the No. 2 fan with a nut set to 6.3 Nm (64 kgf-cm, 56 in-lbf), you must install the main fan with a nut which has the same torque of 6.3 Nm (64 kgf-cm, 56 in-lbf). Place the radiator assembly and the fan assembly with the motor into its proper position.
