Use a bolt to install the idler pulley sub-assembly along with its cover plates following a torque requirement of 54 Nm (550 kgf-cm, 40 ft-lbf). The diameters of the installed parts measure 33.6 millimeters (1.32 inches) for the idler pulley cover plate while the No. 2 idler pulley cover plate has a diameter of 37.8 millimeters (1.49 inches).
