The Special Service Tool 09249-63010 enables counterclockwise rotation of the belt tensioner to remove the installed bar. To start the installation process turn the tensioner counterclockwise until the belt tension releases and set the V-ribbed belt onto the tensioner pulley while keeping its backside facing the tensioner and idler pulleys. Verify that after assembly the belt fully fits the pulley ribbed grooves and rests above the crank pulley bottom section through manual examination.
