Begin the installation of the yaw rate and deceleration sensor by fastening 2 bolts to the correct angle which requires a torque of 13 Nm (136 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf). The install process requires the connection of the yaw rate and deceleration sensor interface. Begin by attaching the console upper rear panel sub-assembly and later install the shift lever knob sub-assembly for 4WD followed by the shift lever knob sub-assembly for manual transmission and climax the installation by adding the parking brake hole cover sub-assembly. Fasten the cable at the negative battery terminal point by applying 3.9 Nm torque force equivalent to 40 kgf-cm and 35 in-lbf. Complete the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration process before verifying that the VSC sensor signals operate correctly.
