  A: Place a new gasket on top of the intake manifold before you fasten both throttle body and fuel pipe clamp at 30 Nm manual by 4 bolts. Place the fuel tube in the clamp and wire harness clamp then connect both the throttle position sensor and control motor. Fit the hoses by joining No. 1 throttle body hose and No. 2 water bypass hose to throttle body in the appropriate painted mark position with the clamp set correctly. Put the filter element in the air cleaner case and position the hinge end of the cap before hanging both hook clamps. Position the No. 1 air cleaner hose matchmarks onto the throttle body and attach it before loosening the hose clamp at the right angle. Connect both hoses to their parts: the purge line to the throttle body and purge VSV with paint marks on target, also joining up the No. 2 ventilation hose with the cylinder head cover. Install the wire harness clamp and join the purge VSV connector plus the mass air flow meter connector together. Reconnect the negative terminal battery cable before pouring engine coolant and verifying for leaks. Fasten the engine cover with 2 nuts at 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf) and run system initialization which becomes necessary when disconnecting and reconnecting the negative battery cable.
