Start by removing the rear floor service hole cover then pull the negative cable off its battery terminal while waiting at least 90 seconds to stop Air Bag and seat belt pretensioner activation. Begin by draining the fuel then continue with the removal procedure of the center exhaust pipe assembly. You must remove the 5 bolts from the No. 1 fuel tank protector to proceed with the removal. The procedure starts with disassembly of the canister assembly and followed by the removal of the rear suspension brace lower LH which needs three bolts removed and the rear suspension brace lower RH needs its two bolts removed.
