The O-ring should be removed afterward and the disconnected parts should be sealed with vinyl tape to prevent foreign matter and moisture access. The procedure requires detachment of the discharge hose sub-assembly by unscrewing its bolt prior to separating it from the with receiver condenser assembly. Consequently, you should remove the O-ring before sealing the openings using vinyl tape. To detach the with receiver condenser assembly slide the upper radiator assembly portion backward after undoing the 2 bolts and 2 radiator upper supports. The installation process starts with inserting two bolts to fasten the with receiver condenser assembly at 9.8 N.m torque before attaching the 2 radiator upper supports through two bolts. Install and torque the discharge hose sub-assembly to the with receiver condenser assembly by attaching it with the bolt to 5.4 N.m (54 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf). To assemble the air conditioning tube you should remove its vinyl tape from both the pipe and connecting part of the with receiver condenser assembly then apply compressor oil to the new O-ring and pipe joint before mounting the O-ring to the air conditioning tube assembly and connecting it to the with receiver condenser assembly with the bolt using a torque of 5.4 N.m (54 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf). Tap in the refrigerant charge while startup the engine followed by a check for refrigerant leaks.
