How to Service and Repair a Seat Heater for the Front Seat Back on 2007 Toyota Camry?

Service of the front seat back heater starts with removal of the front seat headrest assembly then the seat track cover followed by the inner seat track bracket cover and the front seat assembly. The service starts with removing the reclining power seat switch knob, slide and vertical power seat switch knob, front seat cushion shield assembly, front seat inner belt assembly, and front inner seat cushion shield. Detach both times the front seat back board sub-assembly and the front seat headrest support before removing the separate type front seat back assembly. To remove the front separate type seat back cover (excluding Sports Seat Type), you must first uninstall 10 hog rings along with the cover from the seat back pad, while Sports Seat Type requires removal of 14 hog rings and the cover. To install the front separate type seat back cover onto the front seat back pad use hog ring pliers while applying 10 new hog rings for the non-Sports type or 14 new hog rings for the Sports type to avoid cover damage and minimize wrinkles. To complete the installation, reinstall the separate type front seat back assembly followed by front seat headrest support twice, front seat back board sub-assembly, front inner seat cushion shield, front seat inner belt assembly, front seat cushion shield assembly and slide and vertical power seat switch knob, reclining power seat switch knob, front seat assembly, inner seat track bracket cover, seat track cover and finally front seat headrest assembly.
