How to remove and replace the radiator on 2007 Toyota 4Runner?

Draining engine coolant must be the first step before attempting radiator replacement. First disconnect the radiator support upper by removing its eleven clips along with the support upper seal. Start by separating the fan shroud through the process of hose disconnecting from the reserve tank and radiators 1 and 2, oil cooler inlet and outlet. Then detach the 3 bolts securing the fan shroud for placement in an appropriate engine room spot. The radiator assembly requires removal of 4 bolts followed by leaving radiator support No. 1 and No. 2 behind after you remove their 1 then 3 bolts. Complete the removal by taking out the 4 radiator support No. 1 bush. The radiator installation includes using the radiator service holes to guide the tabs of the support structure which needs four bolts torqued to 18 Nm (184 kgf/cm, 13 ft. lbs.). Fasten the fan shroud through its tabs in the slots before using 3 bolts secured at 5.0 Nm torque force (51 kgf/cm, 44 in. lbs.). Complete the process by filling the engine with coolant then check for leaking fluid.
