You must start the repair of the rear door window glass Weather Strip by removing the rear window side garnish assembly then the rear door window frame sub-assembly and the side trim board cover rear and finally the rear door trim board sub-assembly. Begin by removing the rear door glass run and the slide door window assembly before proceeding to remove the rear door glass Weather Strip by putting protective tape under it and using a screwdriver or moulding remover with the screwdriver tip taped. Begin the installation by placing the rear door glass Weather Strip followed by the slide door window assembly and subsequently the rear door glass run, then the rear door trim board sub-assembly, the side trim board cover rear and finish with the rear door window frame sub-assembly and the rear window side garnish assembly.
