How to remove and install the front side marker light assembly on the LH side on 2006 Scion xA?

In order to disassemble the LH front side marker light assembly, one has to disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds. Take out the radiator grille, front spoiler pads and bumper cover. Unscrew the assembly, fit the new outer rear view mirror and side turn signal light, reconnect the battery and initialize systems.
