  A: Beginning the control assembly uninstall operation requires removal of the 3 heater control knobs alongside 5 screws from the center cluster integration panel followed by pulling the panel forward before disconnecting the connector. Continued removal includes the lower LH finish panel and heater to register duct No.2 combined with glove compartment door and lower No.2 finish panel and heater to register duct No.4 followed by unhooking heater control cables before you disconnect the heater control assembly through its connectors.
