The first step to replace the navigation antenna assembly requires removal of the instrument panel safety pad sub-assembly w/passenger air bag assembly. Begin by detaching the navigation antenna assembly following removal of its 2 screws and clamping it along with the assembly out. The final step in the procedure includes putting back the instrument panel safety pad sub-assembly w/passenger air bag assembly. The return installation follows the exact opposite sequence of the uninstall process.
