First disconnect the PCV hose from the PCV valve before removing the valve during replacement of the July 2003 Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve. The PCV valve installation process consists of applying adhesive to two or three threads before torqueing it to 19 N.m using Adhesive: Part No. 08833-00070, THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent. The PCV valve installation process ends with connecting the PCV hose.
