Begin the replacement of Rear Speaker Assembly No.2 by starting with the removal sequence of the rear seat cushion assembly followed by the rear seat headrest assembly and then the RR shelf cover cap and finally the rear seatback assemblies LH and RH and inner roof side garnish assemblies LH and RH. The next step entails the separation of rear seat belt assembly outer and the dual assembly of rear seat inner with center belt assembly both RH and LH. Start by removing the package tray trim panel assembly and disconnecting the connector of the rear speaker assembly No.2 before unscrewing its four bolts. When the old assembly is removed reinstall the rear seat belt assembly outer then add the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH and finally replace the rear seat belt assembly outer. After you finish installing the roof side garnish assembly inner RH, you should move to the roof side garnish assembly inner LH then put on both rear seatback assemblies (RH and LH) followed by rear seat cushion assembly.
