Service and repair of the blower motor requires workers to first remove the cooling unit before they detach the blower unit by removing its 2 screws and motor cover for double cab models. The first step includes disconnecting the connector from the blower motor while also detaching the air inlet damper control cable from the blower unit. Complete all installation connectors and readjust the control cable. Complete the reinstallation by removing the nut and bolt and the blower unit before executing the reverse steps from removal.
