Use pliers to disconnect the water hoses by dislodging the hose clip claws from the hose before pulling out the hoses. After that disconnect the water valve control cable. To reinstall the water hose you must guide it until it reaches the second ridge on the heater radiator pipe before reaching the body of the water valve. The water valve needs to be unbolted and then the water valve should be detached. Check the proper water valve operation by turning the ignition switch to "ON" position and running both temperature control switches to "MAX." After installation proceed with the reverse of these steps. COOL" and "MAX. WARM" to ensure proper function. To adjust the water valve function you need to disconnect the control cable then turn the ignition switch to ON before setting the temperature switches to MAX COOL. Proceed by placing the water valve lever at the "COOL" position before reattaching the control cable followed by clamping it and applying slight pressure to the mentioned cable section.
