How to service and repair the Throttle Position Sensor on 2001 Toyota RAV4?

The Throttle Position Sensor can be repaired by draining the coolant, removing the VSV and the air cleaner hose. Unplug the throttle body and accelerator cable. Take off throttle body and throttle gasket and put in place new throttle gasket and assemble. Lastly, re-connect hoses, cables, and fill up radiator.
