After installing the idle pulley lock nut with a torque of 2.5 N.m (25 kgf.cm, 22 in.lbf) users should place the drive belt into position before applying tension with the adjusting bolt while maintaining a new belt tension between 110 plus or minus 11 lbf and a used belt tension between 67 plus or minus 10 lbf. Complete the tightening process of the tension pulley lock bolt to achieve 40 N.m torque (410 kgf.cm and 30 ft.lbf).
