  A: The process of replacing the Floor Shift Transmission Control Cable starts with removing the instrument cluster finish panel assembly center followed by taking off the floor carpet cover center RH then the floor carpet cover center LH and ultimately the instrument panel finish panel lower center. Begin the procedure by taking out the battery alongside the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner hose No.1. To extract the Floor Shift Transmission Control Cable assembly start by uninstalling the nut from the control shaft lever followed by control cable disconnection from this lever then remove the clip which frees the cable from the control cable bracket continue by disconnecting the control cable from the control cable clamp then detach the cable end from the floor shift assembly rod and end by taking out the control cable from the body through removing 2 nuts and 3 bolts.
