    A: The blower motor service starts with cowl side trim and front door inside plate LH detachment at the same time as No.2 lower cover and glove compartment and ECM connection disconnect during which 2 nuts must be removed. When servicing the 1MZ-FE engine with manual A/C you must first remove the A/C amplifier by taking off the connector followed by releasing the 2 claws before pulling it out. The service starts by releasing the two thumb clamps on the foot air duct RH followed by remove of the connector bracket set screws. To disconnect the blower unit start by removing its connector and evaporator temperature sensor connector clamp and then proceed with unscrewing two screws and a bolt and nut. Putting in place happens by undoing the steps of uninstallation.
