- Q: How to service the exhaust pipe assembly on 2005 Scion tC?A: To maintain the exhaust pipe assembly (2AZ-FE) unscrew the battery negative terminal and take out the heated oxygen sensor. Eliminate floor panel brace and exhaust pipe assembly tail. Loose the exhaust pipe supports and gaskets. Install new gaskets, facing upward. Install the heated oxygen sensor back in, reconnect the battery, look and see whether there are leaks and install the floor panel brace.
