    You must start by taking off the front door lower frame bracket garnish on the LH side to access the front door speaker. To tackle the front No. 1 speaker assembly LH first unplug the connector then drill through the 3 rivet heads using a drill bit under 4 mm (0.16 in.) and extract the speaker from the front door panel by sawing off its flange ring surrounding the rivets. Handle the cut rivet carefully because it reaches extreme heat and you should avoid using a drill because this tool may scratch the rivet hole or break the drill bit. Remove all pieces of drilled-out rivets with a drill then collect debris with a vacuum. Pull out the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH by removing its connecting wire and screw using standard methods.

    Use either an air riveter or hand riveter to secure three new strike rivets on the front door panel using proper seating against the speaker assembly with no riveter tilting and zero gaps between the rivet head and speaker and door. Keep the two items pressed tightly during the riveting process. Connect the connector following the securement of the initial speaker. The front No. 2 speaker assembly needs two fasteners to secure it while you also need to connect the connector to it. After setting up the front door trim board sub-assembly LH, assist grip cover LH, along with front door lower frame bracket garnish LH, implement proper reassembly procedures.
